After serving four years in the U.S. Army, Jon attended law school at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville completing his Juris Doctorate degree in two and a half years and passing the bar exam in April of 1991.  While in law school, Jon was a member of the legal fraternity Pi Alpha Delta.  Immediately following law school Jon was a professor at Northwest Arkansas Community College until 1996.

With well over 225 jury trials, Jon is an experienced litigator and is very well versed in all facets of bad faith litigation, uninsured and underinsured claims, property and casualty claims, personal injury , products liability and medical malpractice. Jon is an articulate and persuasive litigator who willingly works within the constraints of the system to achieve justice for all parties.  He has distinctive capabilities in discovering critical points in both complex and simple litigation.
