Christopher J. Hooks
Attorney
Christopher J. Hooks is an attorney working in the Firm’s Fort Smith office. Christopher’s practice includes insurance defense, commercial litigation, business entity formation, employment and labor law, transactional law, and trademark law. Christopher also has experience in probate law and higher education law. Christopher is admitted to practice in all Arkansas state courts.
Christopher was born and raised in Stuttgart, Arkansas. Christopher learned the value of hard work growing up on the family farm and applies that work ethic to his practice. Christopher received undergraduate degrees in business administration and marketing from Arkansas State University. During his time at Arkansas State University, Christopher was a member of the Arkansas State Red Wolves football team, served as his fraternity’s president and was selected to the 2015-16 Class of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.”
Christopher received his law degree from the University of Arkansas where he was actively a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and the Business Law Club. During Christopher’s third year of law school he competed in and won the School’s trial competition against 64 of his peers. Christopher gained invaluable experience clerking for the University of Arkansas General Counsel’s Office while attending law school.
Aside from practicing law, Christopher enjoys spending his time traveling, spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and spending time with his family. Christopher is licensed to practice in all Arkansas courts.
