
M. Cody Flynn
Attorney
M. Cody Flynn graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and then went on to graduate from the University Of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville in 1999 with a Juris Doctor degree.
Following law school, Cody has practiced law in Fort Smith and the surrounding area for the past sixteen (16) years. He has acquired experience in multiple areas of legal practice including criminal defense, personal injury, probate, real property, and civil litigation. Cody strives to help his clients find a equitable solution to their legal matters.
He and his wife Michele reside in Charleston where Michele is a teacher at the Charleston Middle School. They enjoy watching their daughter play sports and spending time on the family farm.
